Well thanks, I'm really glad the project is still going! I'll definitely take a look and see how it's progressed since last time. Most of my spare time is spent painting now, not programming or modelling - it might be something to do with growing old, but I find I don't have the concentration or patience for those things anymore.

yes I haven't worked on SD for a very long time. I did indeed convert many cars especially from SCGT, but I'm afraid I haven't a clue what the process was, it was way too long ago. I believe I had to make them 3DS format, maybe OBJ, then do a ton of manual editing work to fix flaws in the models in order to bring them into TORCS/SD. It was not easy! Sorry I can't be more help.
