Ok, so let me explain.. I'm using a external ssd on my laptop with win8.1 and is encrypted with vera. After I worked half an hour, my ssd with the rack, fall and in that moment my windows crashed / freeze. After I rebooted, it asked the password, but give me that blue screen error. I tried to connect that external hard drive, to another computer, just to try to decrypt and to see if I can repair somehow the windows after decription, if is possible.. But here, asked me to format it..

I can't open it. That's the error I get. It is possible to recover somehow my informations, or to fix the windows after I entered my password?

Hello, I have a problem with my external ssd drive wich is encrypted with veracrypt. Yesterday, after I open my laptop, my external hdd fall down from my table, and in that moment, my windows freeze. After I reboot it and entering my password, gives me this error: 0xc000000f. I've tried also to connect the ssd to another computer to see if It's possible to open it in vera but it ask me to format it. What should I do to fix this? thanks and i m waiting your answers.
