Thanks, Wichmann, for your suggestions. I tried r.geomorphones using GRASS plugin in QGIS by setting Outer search radius to 35, inner search radius to 10 and flatness threshold degree to 0. However, I am unable to find which grid values stands for which morphometric feature in the result as I did not find the legend. Kindly help me out with this Thanks Anand

I have been trying to delineate morphometric features such as peak, ridge, channel, pass etc. I used the tool ' Terrain analysis-morphometry-morphometric feature' on ALOS PALSAR DEM of spatial resolution of 12.5m.
