Hello Dominik, thanks for your reply. How would you create trial-by-trial statistics? Thanks and best, Ambra
Hello, I understand that I can run stats (e.g. one sample t-test) and thus get significance results (p-values) on second-level models. However, I don't see how to do the same at the first level (within-subject). If I undferstand correctly the only info I can get at the first level are parameter estimates and peak of estimated response. Thanks and best, Ambra
Hello, while running median filtering via pspm_pp I have noticed that it may create an artefact at the beginning of the timecourse. Together with a colleague of mine, we have replaced the line data{k}.data = medfilt1(data{k}.data, n); with the following: % Sim wind wind=n/2; % Init clean data clean_data=data{k}.data; % Filter for i=wind+1:length(data{k}.data)-wind clean_data(i)=median(data{k}.data(i-wind:i+wind)); end % Burn-in window cnt=1; for i=wind:-1:1 start=wind-cnt; stop=wind+cnt; clean_data(i)=median(data{k}.data(i-start:i+stop));...

Hello Dominik, going back to the extract segments function, what does "segment length" refer to? Is it the time window across which I would compute the mean responses per condition? You suggested to set it to 10 seconds, is it because we assume that it's back to baseline at 10 seconds? Thanks and best, Ambra
Hello, following on the non-responders issue, how do I get the amplitude estimates you are referring to? Shall I look at the reconstructed response amplitude per condition which comes out of the first-level GLM? Many thanks an best, Ambra
Second question: instead of GLM, would msybe DCM better fit my needs? Thanks and best, Ambra
