Yeah I did that but my mistake was closing the window before I restarted. When I left the box open and restarted it worked. Thanks
I downloaded version 0.20.1 , Windows 10 Home, 32bit, from Stellarium.org. It installed with no errors. When I tried to connect my scope (ASCOM) there was no icon for Telescope. I opened the Configuration Window, went to Plug-ins and selected Telescope Control. When I click on the Configure button nothing happens. The mount is an iOptron ZEQ and it is connected and can be connected to with PHD2 and Cartes du Ciel. I am new to Stellarium so I could well be doing something wrong but don't know what....
I just installed AT 7 for 64 bit. I did not get any error pop-ups but I did notice a number of errors in the Cygwin setup log at c:\cygwin\var\log. I don't know how meaningful these errors are but I deleted and reinstalled and got the same thing. There was a line that McShield and McAfee might not be installed which I would expect. There was another that it couldn't get a setup.ini file from http://astrotortilla.kuntsi.com and when I tried to open that site all I got was an Internet Information Server...
