Restarting the pc hasn't corrected it. If you could advise on how to remove it, it'd be appreciated.

So those 4 red entries will be listed permanently? No way to clear them?

The SDI entries reference a "Bluetooth Peripheral Device", but there's no such references in the Bluetooth section of DM. There are two references to the headphones, are you suggesting that I delete those? If so, wouldn't they just reappear every time I need to Re-pair them?
