I did mention this "When I open it in a hex editor, none of the proper headers are there.". I don't understand how to do that, I am very new to all of this. I just don't understand how this could have happened. I have no other copies of this data, so I'd like to try anything I can to recover my archive.

Hi, I have a .7z file that I encrypted about a month ago using AES-256. However, when I try to open it with 7zip, I get the error "Cannot open file as archive". When I open it in a hex editor, none of the proper headers are there. I have some of the files included in the archive, but not the majority of them. I also still know the password to the archive Is there any way I can recover my data? It is very important!
