After reading https://maxton.xyz/blog/online-jamming-jamulus-reaper I have switched from Jackaudio to the ReaRoute virtual asio device. Especially when I want to record Jamulus sessions, this setup appears more conventient and simple.
I have the issue of a an empty server list through the default central server (and a properly filled server list through the North America central server, with the known workaround of temporarily connecting through my cell phone's hotspot). Triggered by this discussion, I checked my router options. My internet provider is the Duth KPN, my DSL modem is Experia Box V10a. There is no option to toggle fragmented packets, but there is an option to toggle SPI (Stateful Packet Inspection). Disabling that...

@Dennis, I have time to make a tutorial now this weekend. Just figuring out how to make screen recording, and publish it in youtube or something, I'm not experienced in that stuff yet.
