Skim
The problem has nothing to do with Sublime Text. Sublime Text simply uses a script in Skim to open PDF: /Applications/Skim.app/Contents/SharedSupport/displayline. This script contains an AppleScript section which does not work anymore. As people already mentioned, the simple AppleScript tell application "Skim" activate end tell is now broken. I tried to revert to previous Skim versions with Time Machine. The problem persists. It seems to be related to some update with Monterey (I here have 12.1)...
