The tool tip helps, but unfortunately it requires the user to hover the mouse over each icon. I would suggest that an option to show text below the icons would help. It would also make the program more useable for users with accessibility issues.

Is it possible to show text below the menu toolbar icons, so I don't have to remember what each picture means? If not, can I replace the menu toolbar icons with my own pictures? Just an idea...
