    The update value is set to 1000. Has never been changed. Remember: this apears on two differnt servers neither of which has changed any Webmin settings or anything else, right after the update to 1.87. Background Status Collection: Never, Yes, Yes, Celsius.

    It is indeed more or less constant. It goes away for a few minutes after a complete page refesh. It appears in Chrome, Opera and MS Edge (which has no extensions at all). It also coincides with a relatively heavy processor load in an otherwise idle server. None of this happened with 1.86. Is there an easy way to go back to 1.86?

    I'm seeing the same thing on 2 completely different servers. One is running Ubuntu 17.10; the other is running Ubuntu 17.04.
