It looks like this is a real gotcha... I set the Secret Key on a Yubikey that I had already been using. Of course, this was a fatal mistake (my intention was to set up a second Yubikey). Once you do this, it becomes impossible to change the password. It looks like I've lost access to everything, including the current database. It sure would be nice if there was at least a warning.
