Transform to Wos file from scopus CSV an d RIS

Dear Professor, I have purchased the advanced version of Citespace, however, I cannot convert Scopus RIS files because the Scopus (RIS) to WoS button is not active on the conversion screen. Please help. This is the image. I had purchase the 6.4.R2 version

Dear Professor, I have purchased the advanced version of Citespace, however, I cannot convert Scopus RIS files because the Scopus (RIS) to WoS button is not active on the conversion screen. Please help. Finally, when converting Scopus CSV files for use in Citespace, the author fields are lost, and the CR field for completing the analyses is missing. Please help, dear Professor.
