Just to say even I'm on Exchange, not in Office365, the same happens here. I can reject the appointment via OWA. But user A has already received a confirmation of B, even B had rejected. So another email is sent to A to notify the change.

If I have opened the calendar view, the event is automatically added to the calendar and going to the inbox, I cannot see the buttons. If I have opened the mail view, then I can see the accept and reject buttons, but doesn't mind which I press, both of them sends back an accept appointment. I've tried davmail 4.7.3 and 4.8.0, both versions behave the same way.
