Hi, I want to ask about pygwy console. I'm new in Gwyddion. I would like to crop the unfinished image create by LiteScope. Unwanted data in the picture are representing by value 0. Is it possible to crop all layers to same size by pygwy console or does it exist any script for this? Thanks, Adam
