Hi,

This patch does the following:
- Remove unused member variable
- Clean code: remove unnecessary assignment
- Remove call to PRComputeInitialRelativeRotation from dJointSetPRAnchor
- Add demo_jointPR to the demo.lua
- Add good path to texture in demo_jointPR.cpp

This was against the revision 1173.
