You mean that it crashes when you open it by double-clicking on a file?
It crashes when I try open Avogadro 0.9.6., which is fresh installed [yes, I did uninstall previous ver.]
This looks like it's the python version.
Is this still an issue with the 0.9.7 builds? It could be some kind of DLL issue, this has caused issues like this.
