Can create Bond 11 (6,1)
to complete the octahedron
but it is not saved with the file.

    I tested this again with avogadro 0.2.0 Windows.
    Still does not save the bond.
    NOTE: The information for bond connections is no
    longer displayed it only shows e.g.
    Bond 11
    and not
    Bond 11 (6,1) as in version 0.1.0

    New Bug:
    NOTE: File Open Recent d111.pdb
    Settings Docks Project
    +Bonds (to expand list)
    Drag the frame to expand the list to see Residues
    Try and create the missing bond
    Crash!!!
    100% repeatable

    I have verified that this bug is still present in SVN head but am not certain whether this is an issue with Avogadro or OpenBabel. We could add extra debugging information if necessary to track this down.

    Does anyone have any ideas on this one??? Is it an OpenBabel issue in the save or us? I guess I could add some qDebug() statements but as they are rendered it looks like Avogadro is certainly aware of them.

    Confirmed this is now fixed - not sure what commit did it though...
