A defined RexxPackageUnloader function is not invoked under Windows XP (at least its output is not shown) running "ooRexx400_4491-x86_32-debug.exe".

Directions: just compile the enclosed program and run either "rexx_newStyle.rex" or "rexx_oldStyle.rex": the text "/// in testUnloader() ... ///" is missing from the output.
