#540 RexxVariablePool RXSHV_NEXTV Problem
The RexxVariablePool RXSHV_NEXTV goes into an endless loop returning the same bogus value repeatedly. I am pretty sure this is not a problem with with the CPP function. See test_36_variablepool. Currently this test stops after 10 function calls so you can see the output.

There was a problem with adding the null terminators to the string, which has been fixed. The looping problem is an error in the structure of the test case.
