e_id spinoffs

Spinoffs of the e_id command to extend it's functionality.

Standard display
B_id - 'B'last by id#(s)
d_id - 'd' or erase by id#(s)
Colored display
r_id - red display - e -C255/0/0 id#(s)
b_id - blue display - e -C0/0/255 id#(s)
c_id - cyan display - e -C0/255/255 id#(s)
y_id - yellow display - e -C255/255/0 id#(s)
p_id - purple display - e -C255/0/255 id#(s)
Grouping
g_id - 'g'roup by id#(s)

Notes:
1. No green display because of g_id for grouping name collision. In my opinion there are enough display options without green.
2. No option for making a region of id#(s) because generally speaking you don't want a region of regions.
3. I prefer names as short as possible but we might add the full color names and draw and erase in addition to the short names - blue_id, erase_id etc.
