If the user want's an external framebuffer in mged, they might set
the -F option in the advanced panel. Once done, the fbclear button
doesn't "work" because it isn't getting the framebuffer from the
"advanced" options. Suggest a change to the raytrace control panel
to support an external framebuffer.

    Not complicated, but relatively low-impact given there are various other alternate means to manage a framebuffer. Would be a great entry-project for a new dev to tackle.
