This is essentially bug 2974586 surfacing again but withe the edition of the regions command doing the same thing. I'm using BRL-CAD version 7.20.2 compiled from source. The tgm used is attached. The two stack traces are attached.

Note that the commands also core dump when executed from outside mged, e.g.,
mged -c t.g solids t.solids all => crash
mged -c t.g regions t.regions all => crash
The same thing happens with 7.20.4.
fixed by correcting type coercions on matrix types in libged/tables.c, revision 48037
