Cannot save edited cs in dyn view twice

I team menu I selected "Get/Edit Config spec". I see config spec and can edit it. I press save button in view ( it takes a very long time to do operation).
If I want to change cs again I cannot reuse the view ConfigSpec since there is no possiblity to edit and save.
