So are a load of other sites. It seems unpractical trying to have a list even remotely as comprehensive as the ones available for Adblock Plus for Firefox.
If you want them blocked, add them to your user.action.

I already block this sites in my user.action
but why don't block in default.action and why privoxy don't want to block track site like this
In particular whosread.com is in white list for
{-block }
.*[epu]ad*.
