Location of center block

Hi,

Is it possible to assign each story an importance level
(sorry, can't remember the word for it after I
translated my site;o) so that it's possible to get a
center block in between them ?

I was thinking something along the lines of assigning
the top story 85, the decrement by five for each story
from there giving room to place a custom object
somewhere. This may help phpSlash to gain a little more
commercial use as well...

In my case, I would like to have the main story on top,
then a custom block, then a block showing the latest
stories.
