On initial installation, the browser is refusing to logon. I have the proxy settings according to instructions.
A "fatal error" message occurs on running "P",which says "can't load actions file `,\standard: (error number 2). I had to uninstall Privoxy in order to run browser and send this inquiry. Please respond to hillela@gmail.com where I should see any replies, with your help appreciated.

Sounds like the action file name may be specified without extension.

Also note that standard.action isn't used by the default configuration anymore.

Are you sure you are using a clean installation of 3.0.17 and aren't reusing
files left over from an earlier release?
