Where/How do I edit the config file or 'uncomment' the trust file line etc to get the trustfile to work?

I am not familiar with this type of software but if given just a little direction I can figure things out. I have created a text file of URL's that I want accessed.

It is recommended that Privoxy be compiled with the --disable-force, --disable-toggle and --disable-editor options, if this feature is to be used. HOW??

Unset (commented out). When activated: trust (Unix) or trust.txt (Windows)

How do I set this (uncomment)?

Any help would be helpful.

Thank you

Your report is incomplete. If privoxy.org wasn't
displaying spam again, you could have a look at:
    http://www.privoxy.org/faq/contact.html#REPORTING

    The more general:
    http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html
    should help as well.

Are you sure that you need the trust file at all?
In most situations simple block actions do just fine
(or even better as you don't have to block whole hosts).

Anyway, "uncommenting" means to remove the hash character (#)
which marks the rest of the line as comment.

Check your Privoxy configuration file for a line that
    looks like:

    # trustfile trust

    and change it to:

    trustfile trust

"trust" has to be the name of your trustfile,
it should be located in Privoxy's configuration
    directory.

You only have to recompile Privoxy (< 3.0.7) if
you have untrusted users that shouldn't be able
    to circumvent the blocks.

If you're the only user it doesn't really matter.
