error message and repeats don't work

[Warning: Server failed to map browser language "" to a Windows locale specifier]

Any known reason I get this error message .... MRBS mostly works using multiple areas and rooms .... single entry bookings can be added, editted, and deleted.... but repeat entries are not added to the mrbs_repeat database when save is pressed .... they are just entered as a single entry.
