#112 an error locale convert with zh-cn or zh-tw

Hi,
I just test the mrbs system today. but i found that the month&week name cannot be displayed correctly. I catch the screent snap in the attached jpg file.
OS:Windows server 2003 CHS with PHP5,APACHE,MYSQL5.

Would you like give me some advice to solve the issue?thanks.

    after I change the setting with {$unicode_encoding = 1;},it work properly.

    Hmm, you're right, if you don't use the default configuration of Unicode encoding, the character sets for some languages do now come out incorrectly.

    This has happened because some translations have moved away from the languages "native" encoding to UTF-8. When MRBS is set to $unicode_encoding = 0, it doesn't try to do any character set conversion, because it's the configuration that's suggested if your PHP installation doesn't have the 'iconv' extension.

    I think it might be about time to remove the option to run MRBS in a non-Unicode mode.

    Note that there is no Simplified Chinese (zh-cn) translation of MRBS yet.

    I have translated the language file from zh-tw to zh-cn as it's not hard to me. I'll upload the file next monday if you need. thanks for you mrbs.
