Out of Sync Messages pops up in the Chat & Events Log

This means that you are out of sync with the server. It is
trying to resyncronize you so you can continue playing. TO
resolve this, simply close any browsers/IM's/P2P programs
you have open.

This is not a adequate solution.

I am running a P4-2.8G processor running overclocked to
3.36G on a 3Mbit cable Internet connection, without P2P
running and only with my web browser and CenterICQ, a
cursors based chat program, the bandwidth is FAR below my
limit, and I am getting screen floods of these messages, and
even jumpy movements.

The issues are known, and related to many issues, including
reducing CPU usage and the usage of UDP. I will close it to
avoid the overlap with other bugs/feature requests
