If you send out a HTML messages with the images
imbedded in the actuall message, the message shows up
with broken images, and the images are all rendered at
the bottom
of the message.
I've attached an message that should show this problem.
As far as I can tell, if the message has "relative"
image links, these references should point to the
attachment images of the same name.

Check to see if your web server is using a virtual path for
images. If it is, which I think Apache does by default,
you may need to copy NOCC images to the path or change the
webserver configuration.

refiled this as a feature request, as it would sure be nice
if it did.
