#379 Add mouseover support
As per Astromath's comment on the ISFDB Wiki:
My request is the addition of "mouseover"ing. For example, mouseover on the author's name will give some basic info about the author (but not the pub titles as some authors are extremely prolific). Mouseover of a series will give all the pubs in that series. Mouseover of a pub will give the basic information of that pub. Mouseover of a specific printing will give the image & basic info of that printing. Etc. Look at Kissmanga for a good example of mouseover. Mangafox has another good example of using mouseover.

We might want to the consider the implecations of this type of mouse-overing with transliteration tooltip support which we currently already have. In addition, this is not particlarly accessible for blind, screen reader, keyboard and mobile users.
