Theme list on login page remains empty because no valid themes are found.
The cause was found to be '\style.css' instead of '/style.css' at line 64 of nocc_themes.php
On windows systems this may not be a problem, on unix type systems it will be.

Platform: MacOS X 10.6.2
NOCC 1.8.2, PHP 5.2.11, Apache 2.0.63
