I want to centralize the JavaScript code to a own .js file. This makes the HTML code cleaner and JavaScript code easier to find.

My patch:
* Moves the first JavaScript code to the file "js/nocc.js".
* Rename function "updatePort()" to "updateLoginPort()".
* Rename funciton "updatePage()" to "updateLoginPage()".
* Rename funciton "SelectAll()" to "InvertCheckedMsgs()".
* Delete unneeded function "updateLang()".
* Delete unneeded function "updateTheme()".

JavaScript code that use currently translations inside must rewrite to add them as parameter. In this case we use only static JavaScript files, which the browser can easily cached.

Greetings,
Tim
