In -autonomous mode the bot follows disambiguation
pages instead of skipping them and reporting conflicts
to autonomous_problem.dat

This results in bad interwiki links being added to the
wikis the bot operates on.

Even disambiguation pages may have counterparts in other
languages, there is no reason why they should not be linked
and could not be linked automatically.

Or did you mean something else?

I meant linking regular articles to disambiguaion pages.
Just today I had to revert several such changes made by
    various bots.

    Two examples from today:

    * Polish disambig page [Aida] got several interwiki links
    for [Aida (opera)]
    * German disambig page [EU] got interwiki links for [pl:Eu
    (Francja)]
    etc.

'Disambig to disambig' is ok, 'regular page to disamig' isn't.

In the interactive mode the bot asks: [xx:European Union] is
not a disambig, but [yy:EU (disambig)] is one, should I link
these pages anyway? In the autonomous mode the bot assumes
the operatior answers Y; while it should always assume N.

Y is in 99% cases wrong.
