Masarek is cloud-based construction project management software for general contractors, fit-out companies, MEP contractors and subcontractors. It covers lead management, site visits, BOQ-based cost estimation, digital takeoffs, quotations, approvals and digital signatures. Accepted quotations can be converted into projects with milestones, tasks, dependencies and Gantt, list or calendar schedules. The mobile app records site diaries, photos, material usage, labour, equipment and progress. Procurement includes supplier RFQs, offer comparisons, purchase orders and receipt tracking. Teams can manage bills, expenses and variations, compare estimated and actual costs, and configure project budgets with commitments, alerts and spending controls. Invoicing supports milestone, on-demand, deposit and retention invoices with payment tracking. Additional functions include document management, budget revision history, project reporting and an AI assistant for creating leads and cost estimates.
