Cons: I purchased a DJ effect from Korg on Wallapop, but it arrived scratched, a condition not declared by the seller.
Overall: Despite sending photos and videos as evidence, Wallapop rejected my return request, stating that the item was used and therefore unverifiable, denying me a refund and retaining their commission on the sale.
