Whatever operating system you use, the experience is designed to be as native as possible. qView is completely free and open-source software based on Qt5. It can be found on GitHub under the GPLv3 license. Localization support, with many community-supplied translations. The image now reverts to its original resolution when zooming past the scaling threshold (images aren't blurry when zooming in close).
