About planomatti
planomatti is a browser-based project planning and collaboration tool for ICT apprentices preparing Swiss practical projects, as well as schools, clubs and small teams. It combines Gantt schedules with planned-versus-actual tracking, milestones and time recording with Scrum backlogs, sprints, story points and burndown charts, Kanban boards and a whiteboard. Shared workspaces support simultaneous editing, comments, mentions, roles, invitations and activity history. Users can start from project templates for IPA assignments, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall plans, events or campaigns, and export schedules in PDF, SVG, PNG or CSV formats. The service is hosted in Switzerland and is offered free of charge, with no subscription or member limit. It runs in a web browser and can be installed as an app on desktop and mobile devices.
