    Pros: We especially like that there are so many cloud provider connections. We can both connect our own cloud environment or use one managed completely by oneclick. Furthermore, we really like the event profiles and the built in RDP load balancer as it can optimize our costs. Before we were a customer at Citrix. We have 680 daily active users in oneclick using high performance GPU servers.

    Cons: We cannot see the backups inside the platform. We have to contact support to get our backups.

    Overall: Just an amazing experience so far. I can't complain at all. Our assigned project manager has been quite helpful. If there is anything at all we can just call their support and they answer within 1-2 hours.
