Pros: It really helps me to not forget my schedule. I’m also able to easy connect with my team and with their individual tasks.

Cons: I hope I can choose a music every time the app notified.

Overall: Overall, I can recommend nTask. It’s a big help for busy people and to people who would love to connect easily with their team.

Pros: Organization and one stop shop. I love that it had everything starting with origination of clients down to the details of each project. And that I didn't need to purchase an other organizing program. This has a place for all my clients, each project I am working on for the and the ability to time each task for each project and have that organized by project in the time sheet so I can have on hand a detailed list of what the client is getting billed for and why. This was also helpful for my advertising clients that then need to bill their clients per project.
I also really appreciate the demos they offer so you can jump right into the program or ask questions. the Customer service is 10/10.

Cons: So far the only item I have not enjoyed is that when you build on your tasks and items/features it adds it to all the tasks that you have and some buckets I created didn't apply or needed to be different per/task. But that was also during my free trial so I might have been using it wrong. I am scheduling another demo to learn more now that I've played around with the program for a month.

Overall: I am a freelance graphic designer. And I love this product! I started using this when I had an extremely disorganized client last month and it was a life saver. I had a place to keep track of each project along with a detailed break down of what I needed. This client also used multiple platform of communication so I was able to take links to assets and put them with each project vrs wasting time digging. along with the time tracker, billable hours, and the time sheets this programed saved me in the crazy trenches of projects and made sure I was billing accurately. This is my new design bible. It is never not up on my desktop.

Pros: Features like Kanban board and timesheet in a very reasonable price. Helpful staff and an amazing support team. live chat guys are always available to help.

Cons: I would like them to use more colors in their design language. I like colorful systems to use special when i'm using it for everyday tasks.

Overall: Perfect solution to get things done like task and risk management and timesheets are excellent. Huge price difference when we compare with other solutions with same features. I always like their support reps, they are well mannered and super ready to help whenever we need them.

Pros: I have nothing nice to say about this company. This has been a terrible and costly experience for our organization.

Cons: I run a non-profit providing food and shelter to Veterans in need. We are a 100% volunteer run organization/business. We were looking for a program to make it easier for our volunteers to communicate with each other. After three months we finally stopped using NTask. It was not as customizable as it was sold to us. Whenever it glitched they said that they were still developing the platform. After a couple of very poor attempts from their "support team" to make this platform fit our needs nothing had changed, and our volunteers quit using it. To make things worse they automatically withdrew another seven hundred dollars (700.00) from our bank account to renew a subscription which we didn't ask for or want.

Overall: I was told that if I read their FAQ, I would have known that they were going to automatically withdraw the funds without consent. They have refused to issue a refund on that basis. If they are willing to steal from a non-profit caring for our Veterans, I would think twice if I were you.

Pros: The best thing about nTask is it's all in one feature. You can take care of tasks, communications, reporting, Kanban, Gantt charts, Time tracking, meeting management and a lot more from one app.

Cons: Mobile apps still need a lot of work because most of the features are either not available on mobile apps or can use serious revamp.

Overall: Before nTask I had to use a lot of different apps to take care of different stuff in my business and that was a bit frustrating for the team as well. Now we can take care of almost everything from the nTask app.

Pros: I like the mix of colors. So many developers these days seem to be afraid of using anything other than black and white. It's nice to see a bit of color and not being used as part of an extra theme. I like the set up for tasks being organized by progress level and due date on the dashboard. Two-factor authentication and Zoom integration are nice features. You can create a task or a meeting, ad a date, assign priority, and add team members. It's very similar to other team management apps in this regard.

Cons: For a team management app, it feels a little light on features compared to apps that are very feature rich like Microsoft Teams. There can be glitch issues between access among members of a team at times, which can be a big problem or a minor inconvenience depending on what your issue is.

Overall: I like the app, but it's not enough for what I need. It does look promising though, and maybe with some bug fixing and more features added, I can come back to it again in the future. I'll be keeping my eye on it. I really like how it looks and how the dashboard is set up, which makes me really sad that it just doesn't cut it for what I need.

Pros: Sold under the auspice is that it was an alternative to Smartsheet. I tried the free version and thought the paid version would have more features that were similar to Smart sheet. This was not the case.

Cons: It is not an alternative to Smartsheet. Customer service was unresponsive after they said they would get back to me.

Overall: It is not an alternative to Smartsheet.
I requested a refund. Customer service told me they do not offer refunds. However they said they would look into it and never got back to me.

Cons: -Limited integrations with other software but according to the company they are adding more so that would be great.

Overall: Overall using nTask has been a breeze. From onboarding with all the help from their support team to us using it in our company. No complaints so far.

Pros: As an IT specialist, I love this application as it enables me to perform all of the different operations and processes necessary to make my projects a success. Things like Task Management, Risk Management, Time Tracking and so much more.

Cons: The minor issue that I have with this application is disintegration with Zoom as I need that application to communicate with my team members, but upon contacting the company, I got to know that they are adding Zoom functionality as well, to the application, as we speak.

Overall: Overall the application is great. The UI is nice and I never had any connectivity issues with the application. And all of the goodness starts at a price of just $2.99 USD. That's a hell of a bargain.
