Pros: I like that we can download our favorite songs onto the computer. Love listening to the music while browsing online.

Cons: I hate downloading CD's and getting album cover that are wrong. I don't care so much having the covers as the songs, but when they don't match it makes me wonder if a real person is making the calls for wrong covers or AI. Just leave the covers off if you can't get it right.

Overall: Had to look up how to do some things that were on my old computer. i.e. downloading partial cd's. Had to go to edit to get the checkmarks.

Pros: iTunes is an incredible platform for listening to music online, it synchronizes perfectly with the devices that I have linked to my iCloud account, this helps a lot to synchronize all my music lists and all the songs that I have in favorites, another feature that I loved the great quality of music that iTunes offers me, this quality is essential for me and it helps me a lot to listen to music in high quality and with perfect synchronization. I also liked the fact that you can play only the key of the songs and iTunes automatically adds the lyrics so you can sing each song, that is a feature that I had not seen before on any platform. The iTunes interface is completely comfortable and I really liked the comfort it has given me.

Cons: iTunes has various problems with connectivity and when searching for specific music in the Windows version, this version sometimes freezes when I search for music in my library, and it also has problems synchronizing the songs that I am playing in real time. my iCloud account. Furthermore, this version does not offer the function of viewing song lyrics, which causes this version to still lack many important functions.

Overall: In general, I consider I have had an excellent experience with iTunes despite the flaws presented and the missing functions in the version for computers, I consider that iTunes has provided a very good utility when listening to music due to the high quality of each of them. the songs that I've played, I can carry iTunes on my Apple Watch devices and also on all Apple devices, that makes it really useful.

Pros: Search features are great; ability to adjust volumes for tracks is great; ability to create lots of playlists by folder is great.

Cons: Syncing across devices can be a problem - I've lost many playlists when syncing and rather than keeping my Macbook iTunes as the mother library, the iPod library overwrites...

Overall: iTunes is a nice program, but it seems like Apple never really made the sync feature a seamless experience. Maybe they want everyone on an Apple music subscription?

Overall: iTunes is a great app for consuming music and video on Apple devices. Although it has great interface and features, its expensive pricing makes it tough to pick above competitors.
