Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the venue's own Stripe account, and keep tickets and passes in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
On the night, staff scan tickets and passes from a phone or iPad, even when the connection drops, count the door, and run the floor from a live table map with deposits, server assignments and guest notes. Pulse alerts the team to unanswered requests, unpaid deposits and waiting chats.

Staff scan a license, state ID, green card or passport and see the guest's age against the venue's minimum, the expiry and any match on the venue's Banned, VIP and Regulars lists. Licenses and state IDs get a fake ID check on the barcode. Scanning keeps working offline.
