Pros: Ease of set up and use in completion
Report export & edit function
Template set up (& sharing)
Accessibility regardless of connectivityCons: I may be out of date with this as I now work solo, however from a company multi user perspective I found reporting on form completion rate and data collation at a company level would benefit from enhancement.
Overall: I have been using SC & iAuditor since its inception and have found it to be a fantastic and cost effective solution to inspection and reporting processes. The product continues to evolve and is, in my opinion the epitome of continual improvement.

"Asset Repair / Maintenance " Posted 2026-06-25
Pros: It's nice to have a digital access point to slim line some processes. Its nice to scan in some documents.
Cons: To write a repair ticket takes to many steps. We have to access the app write the repair ticket then assign a repair, this is redundant because the mechanic is the one writing the repair. The we have to exit the app the reenter the app to
Overall: Seems like a lot of extra steps to do simple tasks. To enter work / repairs i need to enter the repair and then go back in and complete the task.

"A Powerful Tool for Construction Quality and Safety Management" Edited 2026-06-25
Pros: Easy to use in both the office and the field with a clean, intuitive interface.
Customizable inspection templates for quality control, safety audits, equipment inspections, and punch lists. Mobile app allows inspections, photos, and notes to be completed directly from the job site.
Professional reports are generated quickly and are easy to share with project teams, owners, and subcontractors. Digital recordkeeping improves organization, accountability, and compliance. Corrective actions are easy to assign, track, and verify. Reduces paperwork and saves time compared to traditional paper inspection forms. Works well for commercial, industrial, and federal construction projects.Cons: There is a learning curve when building complex custom templates for the first time. Some advanced features require higher-tier subscription plans.
Report customization could offer more flexibility for company branding and formatting. Mobile performance can occasionally slow when working with large inspections containing numerous photos. Integrating with other project management platforms may require additional setup depending on your workflow.Overall: I've been using SafetyCulture in commercial and federal construction projects, and it's become one of the more valuable tools in my quality and safety management process. As an Assistant Project Manager and Quality Control Manager, I'm responsible for inspections, documentation, safety compliance, and maintaining project records across multiple job sites. SafetyCulture has helped simplify many of those tasks. The inspection templates are easy to customize, allowing us to standardize quality control inspections, safety audits, equipment inspections, and punch lists. Being able to complete inspections directly from a mobile device saves a significant amount of time compared to traditional paper forms, and photos can be attached immediately to document deficiencies or completed work.

One of the biggest advantages is the consistency it brings to documentation. Reports are generated quickly and professionally, making it much easier to communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and owners. Having everything stored digitally also makes tracking corrective actions and maintaining records for audits much more efficient. The platform is intuitive, even for field personnel who aren't particularly tech-savvy. Implementation was straightforward, and creating custom forms didn't require extensive training. Overall, SafetyCulture has helped improve accountability, documentation quality, and communication between the field and the office. For construction companies looking to modernize their inspection and quality management process, it's a solid solution that can save time while improving recordkeeping and compliance.
About Me: I have over 20 years of experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, utility, and federal construction. My background includes Quality Control Management, Assistant Project Management, OSHA compliance, USACE CQM, and managing quality systems on government and private construction projects. -

"Good product" Posted 2026-06-25
Pros: You can create your own form to include all the items you want to cover. It is very easy to add photos to each item/question for reference.
Cons: It seems that if you answer "no" on some question, the program flags that as a bad thing needing follow-up. Sometimes "no" is ok answer
Overall: This is a good product that you can customize to your needs. I use it regularly on my smartphone with no issues.
