Pros: Sounded good at first, but it turned out to be a platform concept that needed clients/businesses to fund the development and share valuable IP to be able to use the platform for any bespoke needs or requirements.

Cons: For Businesses - you have to pay to give them your IP.
For Tradies - Control of your own field service information is taken away/shared even if you don't want it to be.
For customers - very minimal quality, qualified tradies and very basic compliance checking.

Overall: I wasted my time and money (a lot of money) for nothing. I provided all of my IP to them to help design a bespoke platform for my business to operate on and after 6 months of working with them, having online meetings where we discussed the bespoke details i required, and paying $40k in development costs they had had not actually completed any of the bespoke development that I had paid for. They are now completely uncontactable and refuse to resolve or discuss the issues. Legal action is the only way to recoup the complete loss of time and money.
