Overall: We have been using flowres for more than a year. flowres has been very useful for managing qualitative research projects, especially when working with IDIs and focus groups over Zoom. What I like most is that it fits into the way researchers already work, rather than forcing everyone onto a completely new platform.

The virtual backroom is especially helpful. Clients and observers can watch sessions, discuss internally, and bookmark important moments without disturbing the moderator or participant. This makes the fieldwork experience much smoother.
Our researchers found AI assisted analysis useful as well. Transcripts were reasonably accurate. And it generated summaries on its own. Quotes generated in analysis were fairly accurate. And overall our researchers were happy.

Cons: Automated transcripts are good for English and in-language, however for language to English like Arabic to English, platform still has a long way to go.

Overall: I have been using flowres for over 6 months, our clients love the tool. The fact that flowres works with Zoom that almost removes the difficulty of onboarding participants to a new platform because everyone uses Zoom or have it installed.
