    "Horrible software to use"

    Pros: Nothing. It is a convoluted, badly laid out, old fashioned maze of a software package. It is not built for humans

    Cons: Not at all user friendly, buggy, overly complicated, extremely difficult to learn, poorly laid out, you need to remember hundreds of codes to get around it,

    Overall: I hate this software. It's so bad I would recommend using an Excel spreadsheet before recommending this software.

    "Constantly Drops Out"

    Pros: I like the ease of use of the product. Easy to navigate, user friendly and a great DMS for any dealership to use.

    Cons: It constantly drops out and glitches. Its not an issue at our end as we have investigated that. you will click on an icon or be part way through costing an RO and it will freeze up. It will ask if you want to wait or continue and sometimes after a moment or two it will completely drop out the entire program and you will need to restart it. Also when there is to many users is goes super slow.

    Overall: Great DMS but to many glitches/bugs. Some days it will be great but when you have a customer in front of you and your trying to perform a task and the whole eraPower system fails on you, it embarrassing to yourself and the business
