Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I've been in the auto industry almost 30 years and used multiple platforms over my career. If I had known about Autodeals 10 years ago, I would have jumped all over it. This system allowed me to eliminate at least 3 other service providers simply because it has the ability to manage every aspect of my business. Not only were they able to customize many features to my specific needs, they have the fastest, most powerful technology on the market. If you are a car dealer, big or small, you need to call these guys. They can convert your existing data quickly, provide first class training, and the cost is almost too fair. They saved me money by handling multiple processes so I was able to drop other providers and I soon found that I was getting more reviews and referrals due to their automated follow ups. Whether you are an auto lender or a dealership, have one location or several, this is your solution. It's secure, works across multiple platforms including mobile devices, and is focused around communications with your customers, staff, lenders, venders, etc. From an admin perspective, you know everything that is happening in every department from receivables/payables to inventory, service to accounting, customer retention to collecting stips for funding. Nothing compares! Cons No complaints at all. Service & Program Excellent.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing. It is a convoluted, badly laid out, old fashioned maze of a software package. It is not built for humans I like the ease of use of the product. Easy to navigate, user friendly and a great DMS for any dealership to use. Cons Not at all user friendly, buggy, overly complicated, extremely difficult to learn, poorly laid out, you need to remember hundreds of codes to get around it, It constantly drops out and glitches. Its not an issue at our end as we have investigated that. you will click on an icon or be part way through costing an RO and it will freeze up. It will ask if you want to wait or continue and sometimes after a moment or two it will completely drop out the entire program and you will need to restart it. Also when there is to many users is goes super slow.
