"Emaint helps us to take care of our virtual maintenance"

    Posted 2021-03-22

Pros: It is a good platform to carry out maintenance of different kinds, with a quality of order easy to configure in relation to the quality of the internet connection you have, so the work can be as adaptable as required at the time. Emaint also allows working with offline maintenance sessions.

Cons: Within a platform like Emaint it should be possible to connect to streaming systems, to be able to perform live classes on the execution of remote maintenance processes, in the same way that software such as TeamViewer can do it. Emaint does not handle integrations to services directly oriented to customer support.

Overall: Because of the great adaptability that the maintenance performer gets while using Emaint to store and share results and data, it is concluded that Emaint is a powerful software, and that it can be used in all kinds of work situations. Emaint is one of the most cost-effective remote maintenance management software.

"Emaint is the maintenance service everyone needs"

    Posted 2021-03-22

Pros: Emaint is a software with many qualities when it comes to monitoring the progress of maintenance sessions, which can be segmented and organized depending on different priority prospects. The platform connects very well to online call execution and helpdesk services, making it ideal for use alongside software such as TeamViewer.

Cons: Handling staff organization functions was somewhat more difficult than handling the rest of the platform's offerings, thanks to the fact that in Emaint these are not stored for future utilities, but must be scheduled separately for each maintenance session you plan to perform. Emaint does not have a sufficiently practical phone application.

Overall: Scheduling preventive maintenance sessions using Emaint does not show any kind of difficulty. The platform serves to adequately manage maintenance operations in several areas, but it focuses better on scheduling computer-oriented maintenance, where scheduling sessions for devices is fast.

"Emaint meets all the characteristics of a good CMMS"

    Posted 2021-03-20

Pros: Emaint stands out for being one of the few CMMS services that are kept up to date, with contact directory tools to make maintenance with customers faster. Although our focus with Emaint is computer network maintenance, it can be used for all types of physical and digital applications.

Cons: The personal plan is very expensive for only three user accesses per month, and the integration to administrative services for properties, such as Buildium, is not as efficient, which leads to not being able to export maintenance data from Emaint to Buildium. Nor can we integrate 3D mapping or floor plan management services.

Overall: We really like that Emaint can be connected to monitoring services such as fluke Connect condition monitoring because reviewing the maintenance project is surprisingly faster, and it takes less time to process and organize the failures and profit margins of each maintenance. We recommend this integration to exploit the potential of Emaint.
